Refund Policy

1. Overview
PDF to Study Cards sells digital access to AI-powered flashcard generation, saved decks, exports, and subscription or one-time credit allowances. This policy explains when refunds may be available.
2. Free Preview
The product provides a limited free preview so you can test the core workflow before buying. Because AI and payment processing have immediate costs, refunds are limited once paid credits or subscription features have been substantially used.
3. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be approved for:
- duplicate or clearly incorrect charges;
- payment made but credits or subscription access not delivered;
- extended service outage preventing use of paid core features;
- a first-time purchase request submitted within 24 hours with little or no paid usage;
- legal requirements that apply in your jurisdiction.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not available for:
- credits or generations already consumed;
- one-time Cram Pass purchases after the 7-day access window has started and been used;
- subscription renewals after meaningful use in the renewal period;
- change of mind after using paid features;
- violations of the Terms of Service or abusive usage.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Your access normally remains active until the end of the current billing period. If the product dashboard does not yet expose a self-service cancellation button, email support and we will help with cancellation.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email hongan@pdftostudycards.com with:
- your account email;
- order ID, checkout ID, or subscription ID if available;
- purchase date;
- reason for the request and any relevant screenshots.
7. Response Time
We aim to respond to refund and billing requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Bank and card network timing may vary.
